Novoville is pleased to have been awarded a Framework Contract for G-Cloud 13. We continue to work with our public sector customers and show our commitment to government standards and policies.

After being evaluated by the Crown Commercial Service (CCS), the bid put forward by Novoville for G-Cloud 13 Lot 2 Cloud Software (SaaS) was officially approved on 26 August 2022.

Fotis Talantzis, Novoville’s Co-Founder & CEO, said: “We are delighted to have been recognised again by the UK government for the quality and value of our cloud services, and for the opportunity to offer those services to support the public sector.

The G-Cloud framework first opened in 2012 and has now reached its 13th iteration – G-Cloud 13. The G-Cloud is a UK government framework designed to help public sector organisations easily find and purchase cloud services from suppliers that meet their requirements. The G-Cloud helps public sector organisations keep pace with the latest technologies and take advantage of the benefits of cloud computing, such as reduced costs, increased agility and improved security.

It is also designed to give small to medium-sized companies the opportunity to work with and get in front of public sector organisations and provide a level playing field for them to assess their products and services.

G-Cloud 13 includes all of our existing cloud solutions, designed to transform the delivery of public services and enhance civic engagement:

  • Citizen Engagement & Customer Experience Platform (CEP)
  • Smart Mobility & e-Ticketing
  • Interactive Chatbot Consultations
  • Smart Parking
  • Artificial Customer Agent
  • e-Payments
  • Shared Repairs Management
  • Volunteer & Befriending System

G-Cloud 13 was officially launched on Wednesday 9th November and our customers, both old and new, are now able to purchase our solutions directly from the Digital Marketplace.
