Unsubscribe from emails
You can unsubscribe from email communications anytime. Here’s how:
On your mobile app:
- Open your mobile app and log in
- Select Privacy & Support from your Profile
- Uncheck the box next to Contact me by email
- Click Submit
You can also unsubscribe by sending us an email at unsubscribe@novoville.com. Please note that you need to email us using the email address connected to your account (to which you are receiving emails from us).
You may continue to receive emails you opt out of for up to 72 hours after unsubscribing. If you unsubscribe from emails, you will still receive account-related emails, including emails containing information about the status of your service request to your local authority, payments, and security.
Unsubscribing from emails on Novoville will also affect email subscriptions you have with myAthensPass, Pireapp and SwiftParking, which means that will you unsubscribe from all platforms powered by Novoville at the same time.
Resubscribe to emails
If you change your mind and would like to resubscribe to emails from Novoville, myAthensPass, Pireapp and/or SwiftParking, please update your communication preferences on your app as described below, or send us an email at info@novoville.com. Please note that you need to email us using the email address connected to your account.
