Continuing to support public-sector transformation
Novoville develops technology that helps public-sector organisations simplify services, improve operational efficiency and create better experiences for citizens.
Its platforms connect residents, public authorities and delivery partners through integrated digital workflows, helping organisations replace fragmented and manual processes with more accessible, transparent and data-driven services.
Novoville’s renewed presence on G-Cloud builds on its existing work with UK public-sector organisations and provides an established procurement route for authorities looking to modernise the way they deliver and manage public services.
Technology designed around public services
Novoville works with public authorities and partners across the UK and Europe, delivering technology across citizen engagement, customer experience, sustainable mobility, parking and enforcement, payments, energy efficiency and local government operations.
In the UK, this includes solutions supporting citizen services and large-scale retrofit programmes, including Shared Works, Novoville’s platform for coordinating energy-efficiency improvements across local authorities, housing providers, contractors and other delivery partners.
The company’s technology is designed around a simple principle: making public services easier to access for citizens and easier to manage for the organisations delivering them.
Novoville’s continued presence on the G-Cloud framework, now through G-Cloud 15, strengthens the ways UK public-sector organisations can access its technology as they modernise services, improve operational efficiency and deliver better outcomes for their communities.
